About us

We are a Dorset based business, specializing in carved Wooden Doors, Frames and Signs. However, we will happily consider making anything from wood, please contact us with your requests and we will see what we can do.

We work mostly to order, but also carry a small amount of stock framed mirrors and Picture frames for sale.

Design

We carry a constantly expanding library of images, ornamental frame designs and lettering styles which customers are free to choose from for their finished piece.

Alternatively we can work to your own personal design.

We can personalize your chosen item with a title, name, date or other specific details.

We will work closely with our customer to develop a design on paper that they are completely happy with before we start work in wood.

For an additional payment we also provide small sample cuts to give a clearer impression of the finished product (particularly recommended for larger items).

Prices

Depend on the size and complexity of the finished piece, and type of wood and finish used. Deposits of 50% will be required before we start carving.

Orders

May take up to 2 weeks to be completed (maybe longer for multiple items or really big things!), and will be posted by special delivery, delivered locally or can be collected free of charge from the premises.
